About us

For more than fifteen years, MTL has been on the market with a wide range of relocation services. Our headquarters are located in Friedberg, about 30 km north of Frankfurt. We have branch offices in Berlin and Istanbul.

The managing director and several staff members have been working in the moving business for more than thirty years, growing into the profession at a legendary, quality-oriented Frankfurt company, migrating, after its sale in 2004, to the newly founded MTL Umzüge Möbel Transport Lagerservice GmbH.

We are familiar with exacting private moves and employee moves, and with complex office moves - locally in the Frankfurt area, regionally in the Rhein-Main and Berlin area, nationally and internationally, to and from Turkey, to and from overseas.
Removals mean the transport of material assets beset with personal significance and memories. Therefore, every move is as individual as the client. Throughout a move, our team bears this in mind. Our crews and the office team adapt themselves to the particulars of each move and each client.

Locations

MTL is independent removal company associated to UTS Germany as a system partner. UTS is a nationwide association of quality-oriented removal companies headquartered in Frankfurt.

Our headquarters are located in Friedberg Bauernheim, approximately thirty kilometers north of Frankfurt, close to the A5 motorway. There, we organize the deployment of our teams and removal transporters. We store your household goods and personal effects safely in our own furniture warehouse.

In Berlin we operate an office for international removals and overseas removals as well as another furniture warehouse. Both in Berlin and in the Frankfurt area, we deliver moving goods for international relocators.

We win many of our clients through recommendations from other clients. Customers recommend us to their HR departments, to neighbors, friends and relatives.

Companies in the Frankfurt Rhein-Main area regularly commission us with their office moves and employee relocations, but also with everyday furniture moves and disposal orders, small-scale renovation jobs, and file and furniture storage.

Large removal companies and American relocators regularly book us nationwide for packaging, delivery to customers and special routes.

Our people stand together; the teams are trained to work quickly, to avoid damage and to solve problems on site independently.

Specially trained and experienced furniture fitters are part of our teams. If necessary, we call in carpenters, electricians and installers.
